Innovation Box needs approval

The application of the Innovation Box was amended on 1 January 2017. In order to ensure that your agreement regarding the application of the Innovation Box is not cancelled, you must request approval from the Tax Authority inspector.

Legislation regarding the Innovation Box was amended on 1 January 2017. If an agreement has been made with the Tax Authority inspector regarding the application of the Innovation Box, this agreement shall cease to exist in law as of 1 January 2017.

In order to ensure the Innovation Box function continues, you must request approval from the inspector. This approval enables the tax-payer to state that he/she fulfils the amended conditions that correspond to the application of the Innovation Box.
